Thank you for registering online for the Four Star Lacrosse Camp's. Please note that registration is a 4-step process:

Step 2: Fill out and Submit the form below.

Step 3: Pay the registration fee either on our secure online server (next page) or by mailing us a check.

Step 4: Fill out and send in your Medical Form. Forms will be e-mailed to you once you're done with Step 2.

Notes: (NO PLAYER WILL BE ALLLOW TO PARTICIPATE WITH OUT A MEDICAL FROM ON FILE.) If you do not receive these documents you can go to the Download section and download the Medical Form & Bus Form again. PATRIOT LACROSSE CAMP
for Elementary & Junior High Players
Ages 6 Thru 15

Either Murphy Jr H.S., N.Y. or Ward Melville HS, N.Y.
August 3rd – August 7th
Tuition: $280.00

A day camp for boy's ages 6 through 15 held in Setauket at Murphy Jr High School. This camp will stress the fundamental skills, catching, throwing, and shooting, as well as team concepts. Campers will be organizes into groups based on ability, age, and size. The camp will be staffed by High School coaches, college players and High School varsity players

BULLDOG LACROSSE CAMP
for Elementary, Junior High
Ages 6 Thru 15
Long Beach Recreation Center, N.Y.
July 6 - July 10
Tuition: $280.00

A day camp for boys & girls ages 6 through 15 held in Long Beach at The Long Beach Recreation Center. This camp will stress the fundamental skills, catching, throwing, and shooting, as well as team concepts. Campers will be organizes into groups based on ability, age, and size. The camp will be staffed by the Long Beach High School staff, college players and LB High School varsity players.

LONG ISLAND VARSITY CHALLENGE TOURNAMENT
for boys
Varisty level players
Farmingdale State College
June 29th - July 3rd
Tuition: $180

VARSITY CHALLENGE TOURNAMENT: A team camp, each team will play 8 games over a 4 day period. Only HS teams may enter. The HS coach will enter the team in one of two divisions. All teams must have a minimum of 20 players. If your roster is less than 20 we will add individual players to your roster.

Dorms and the college cafeteria will be available for teams from out of the area for an additional cost. We also would be able to compress the schedule to 2 ½ days for
teams out of the area.

LONG ISLAND JUNIOR VARSITY CHALLENGE TOURNAMENT

June 29th - July 3rd

LONG ISLAND CHALLENGE CAMP
for boys
rising 6th, 7th and 8th graders
Farmingdale State College
June 29th - July 3rd

JR HIGH DIVISION
As high school coaches we believe at this level kids need to be taught how to play the game correctly. We will incorporate individual as well as team oriented drills. JR High players will also be eligible to participate in the speed training class as well as the clinics.

JUNIOR HIGH CAMP:    A camp for rising sixth, seven and eighth graders. The camp will consist of 2 sessions per day for 4 days. There will be a morning and afternoon sessions with 1 hour of instruction and a game in each session. We believe that at this level instruction is very important.

NOTE: We are working to provide bus transportation (at an additional cost) from
           different areas on LI
